Uses : TCMTB-30E is an effective and economical microbicide for preventing fungal attack of skins, hides and timber during processing and subsequent storage. It is specifically recommended for use in chrome tanning and for treatment of timber, bamboo and coconut wood etc to prevent damage and consequent losses caused by microorganisms.
Toxicity: (oral/rat) LD50=6100mg/KG
Stability in function of the pH :Stable in acid and slightly alkaline solutions until pH=8.5
Method of use:
The TCMTB-30E dispersion into water (1:3) should be added in two steps :
-Add 0.3 KG to 1000 KG hides in order to obtain a one month's preservation.
-Add 0.9 KG to 1000 KG hides in order to obtain a long lasting preservation in tropical regions where there is a high risk of contamination.
